The Location House is a 19th Century Grade 2* listed manor house based in the village of Knowle in the West Midlands.

 

Originally built in 1850 for the Lord of the Manor at that time the house has seen many changes over the years until finally falling into disrepair.  Since 2015 an extensive restoration project has been ongoing to turn it into the family home of Sarah and Anthony Ellis and their children.  For the first time in it's lifetime this unique property is now available for hire.

Arranged over 2 floors and set in 13 acres of picturesque gardens the house boasts ornate detailing and grand spaces.

On-site parking is available at the property for up to 30 vehicles. Additional parking is available in adjoining field which is also suitable for accommodating unit bases

​

Coming from London? We are easily accessible by train or road - Euston trains to Birmingham International take 1 hour and it is a short 15 minute cab journey from the station to our location.

Travelling by road?  We are 90 minutes from West London via the M40 - 7 minutes away from junction 5 of the M42 through the picturesque village of Knowle
