Originally built circa 1850, The Location House is a 19th Century Grade 2* listed manor house available to hire for stills photography, tv or film shoots. Located in the village of Knowle in the West Midlands, The Location House is perfectly suited for event and film productions and is one of the leading houses used as a film or shoot location in the UK.
The Location House filming location has seen many changes over the years with different owners making and losing fortunes, and then finally falling into disrepair. An extensive restoration project began in 2015 which has transformed the house into a beautiful photographic and film location house for London-based companies, as well as the rest of the UK.

For the first time in its lifetime, The Location House is now available for hire. Arranged over 2 floors and set in 13 acres of gardens and pastureland the house boasts ornate detailing and grand spaces, making it an ideal choice for your upcoming shoot. There is also an additional 30 acres of farmland, a lake, woodland and barns which can be used for large scale productions if required.
The interiors of The Location House boast original features and grand proportions, as well as modern, stylish furniture and decorations which can be used at no additional cost. This will ensure a unique and exciting location for interior photography and film shoots.
Surrounded by stunning Warwickshire countryside and situated conveniently close to the M42 we are easily accessible from London by car or rail. We have a large, gravelled carriage driveway with parking for 20 cars. Additional parking in our designated shoot car park is available for larger crews.
